Educational Use Only

Intellicity provides city-level strategic assessments for educational and awareness purposes. Content is not official intelligence, legal advice, investment advice, or guidance for operational decision-making. See our Disclaimer for details.

Subscriptions

Intellicity Passport is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. 25 flagship city dossiers remain free. A Passport unlocks the remaining full dossiers for the term of the subscription, including any trial period. You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the end of the paid term. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods.

Intellectual Property

The Intellicity platform, scoring methodology, and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party images and news links remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download content without permission
• Attempt to access restricted admin or upload endpoints
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or incite harm
• Interfere with site security or availability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of assessments or linked external content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellicity and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
